By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
1. Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply only to your use of the Website as a visitor.
They do not govern your access to or use of any IKSANA workspace, managed office, private office, meeting room, event space, virtual office, hospitality offering, incubation programme or business service. Any such service will be governed by a separate agreement, proposal, booking confirmation or other written terms agreed with IKSANA.
Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a separately executed agreement concerning an IKSANA service, the separately executed agreement will prevail in relation to that service.
The Website does not presently accept payments or conclude transactions online. Submitting an enquiry or requesting a tour does not create a booking, reservation, membership, licence or other binding commitment.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
The Website is intended for persons aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you should not submit personal information through the Website.
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and to obtain information about IKSANA and its offerings.
